Subject: IK and floor

I apologize if this has already been covered somewhere else (I could not find it), but I have a problem after importing Poser figures inro C6 Pro with IK.  In my animation, the figure is sitting on the floor, so the feet are perpendicular to the floor.  When I import, the feet will not move above the floor.  I have use the IK target helpers with no effect.  Have anybody else seen this or know of a solution?

Have you tried resetting the constraints in C6? If not, try setting the foot, body, and hip joints to "ball joint" and see if that lets your figure behave properly. Don't set the constraints to "none". That lets all sorts of bad news happen to the mesh.

It definitely had to do with the constraints.  I had already set everything to no constraints before I saw your reply. That works if you are very careful to move by rotating the parents.  Not the best way but I was in a rush and it worked.  Thanks for the suggestions!
