Hi Rich, This is only regarding texture maps - not shaders per se. You need to save all textures internally if you want to make it easy. However, that makes file size larger if you reuse the same texture on separate parts. You can also save textures externally, but you'll need the textures next to the model in the same directory so the relative file path remains the same. This creates smaller deliverable files but is more open to user/buyer error. Mark

Thanks. I am using a combination of texture maps and procedurals so I thin the internal save would be best.
A good way is to use the Carrara dir structure. The good point in C6 is that you can create sub folders to handle your files, try to create folders with your name.

No custom plug ins, just standard carrara wood tones with their settings modified. I will try a fireplace and matching window first. If it works out I may out more stuff online. I notice that there is actually very little in the Carrara section of the marketplace so maybe people will be interested in spare native carrara models. Maybe I'll even throw in a door. :)
There are some Carrara content at Daz site. Today a friend launched a dynamic hair and I am hopping get second pack out in a few days too.

Are you guys busy, or is there a problem with my UL? I sent it up at the end of last week and it's still showing as under review. Im not trying to be a bother, I just want to see if I can sell a few copies to defray xmas shopping costs for my daughter.
Hi SNM, Renderosity is very thorough in their testing anymore. (I want bore you with the horror stories that made this very important) Here is the response I just got back from one of the lead testers: ----- If it's the Phoenix Woodwork Collection, he only submitted it on the weekend and it's still in review. Time drags when you're waiting for a product to be tested, LOL. Anyway Deb, Jen and Gina are still reviewing this so they will contact him if there are any problems. Once it passes review, he can expect it to be tested within about 6 working days. ----- So I know it's not quite as fast as you'd like but it's not lost in space either. Mark

Hi.
I have decided to try my hand at putting something in the Marketplace, and hopefully earn some Xmas money. I am using C6 Pro and this is going to sound very stupid, but I have never tried this before. What would I need to do in order to ensure that an object I send up maintains the textures it has? Do I save all internally or externally ect..? I've never created a bundle like this before so I'm not sure what I am doing. ANy help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Rich
