I see that the latest version of Bryce 6.1 now contains a Daz|Studio plugin.
Is there any plans from Daz to have a Daz|Studio plugin for Carrara?

I'd like to see some easier integration of figures and mimic functionality in Carrara without having to load up 3 separate applications and save intermediate files. At the moment I'm still on Poser 6 so I'd like it all to be priced lower than an upgrade to 7.

You'll have to wait for C6 to see what they've planned.

I believe it will be a feature, but it's not planned for the initial release, not sure what for it will come in, but I have heard it won't be like the DS > B6 link. Rather it will be either a DS importer or a .car exporter.

My memory is a little fuzzy though... But it has been addressed more thoroughly on the DAZ forum.
