Hi folks,
There is a new update for Toon! Pro available. After seeing Marc Quattromani's cool NPR/Toon! Pro images (http://www.digitalcarversguild.com/gallery.php?SearchArtist=Marc%20Quattromani), and getting a couple of other requests to mix NPR and Toon! Pro, I took a little time to check it out. Turns out that making Toon! Pro use the NPR renderer as a base renderer is going to take a lot more research than I can fit in short term. However, I moved a couple of features over from Wireframe Pro that should help when combining them in post. Toon! Pro can now skip the base render and just render the lines. This let's you quickly create a black and white version of the Toon! Pro lines that you can combine with your NPR render in your favorite 2D app that supports layers or through our own Parchment plug-in.
Toon! Pro also gets the option of using the object's approximate color as the line color.
You can try out Toon! Pro or grab the update from the links below.
