Hi all
just checking in
I just started with CP4 on Mac OSX

I actually owned the original Carrara 1.0 from metacreations
boy the app has come a LONG Way!!
I am a poser animator who has desperately been seeking a NON poser render solution since
CL Stopped making export plugins after propack4 and Cinema4DXl7.1.

Ive been using the free version of "interposer" to get stills into C4D
A NIce plugin but I
just Dont care for the process of exporting hundreds of object files to use
that animation feature of "interposer for" C4D
I REALLY need direct "OPEN PZ3" support

So ill be asking questions of you veterans from time to time
dont worry im not some green newb( See my gallery)

Welcome! I guess you will be in for a treat then, C4Pro with Transposer is very easy with this. One tip: rename the shaders after you imported your figure. Good luck! (when my hernia is better I will be making more Carrara/Poser pictures myself)

Does Transposer 2 work with Poser 6 files? I thought it had problems? Any further info out there?

AFAIK its just the dynamic cloth and hair I have already rendered character animations from poser 6 in CP4

The eyeballs don't work on some of the Poser imports. Iris appear on front and back of eyeball, etc.
