I'm just posting a WIP and I see I'm not the only one with errors when working with Carrara 3. I had "unknown error" during modeling in Vector room, over and over again, just with this simple pike. Does this look like a N. Pike? I'm having fun with fish! R.

i think thats more like a barracuda isnt it? i dont think the pikes haed is so pointy, at least not from what i remember from the one my dad caught and had stuffed...looks good tho...:).. 'fishy, fishy, fishy fish...and where ever i go, he goes'...:)

Yeah, it looks pretty good. Increase size of pectoral fins, move them up towards the lateral line and back a little. Increase length of caudal area. Caribbean barracudas are alot meaner-looking, with a protruding lower jaw and visible teeth.

It looks like a Confederate Pike fish from the south 'cause its wearing gray.

Yes, my Confederate Pike is almost ready for battle, just needs a pair of wet leather boots and a hat. This is fun. I've got a great photo for a texture, I'll post later. Thanks for the help. R.
