Subject: Learning Vertex Modeling in Carrara 3.0

Does anyone know of a free learning tool which teaches how to model well, using the vertex modeler in Carrara 3.0? I've read through the manual, and it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. I'm somewhat new at modeling.

VTC sell training CD's for Carrara 2 although it only explains what the program does and not how to use it. Also there are new vertex modelling tools in C3. Might be worth contacting VTC to see if they're planning an update for C3.
