I'm laughing because I just placed the order late Friday afternoon. Eovia is definitely on the ball.

Isn't the release of the final version shipping some time this week?

I just received an email from Eovia informing me of a delay in shipping which they say will be only a few days. No big deal, since the beta is working fine.

I pre-ordered Carrara 3.0 on Sept 4 and received the Beta on Sept 8 which really surprised me since I figured I would only get the final release since it's release date is close to my order date. I was impressed with the fast delivery of the Beta. This version is a big improvement over the first version (I never upgraded to 2.0). However, the interface in the Beta looks the same as 1.1, which I thought had been improved. I guess I'll have to wait for the final to see the difference. In the screen shots I've seen of 3.0, the interface looked a little different.
