'What Lurks Here?' deals with the discovery of a diary in a remote part of Scotland. As well as eerie recollections the pages of the diary contain inexplicable traces of organic material and links to a cave painting that shouldn't be there.

The story deals with multiple supernatural beings and was written largely in one gruelling session of about three hours. Length is just below 1000 words.
