I was intrigued as I walked inside a deserted barn and found this terrifying array of hungry birds eager to feast on this poor soul, may he rest in...peace? This is the first time this image has seen the light of day, although I took it previous to this year. It seemed to be a bit too much to show off to friends, who may not share my attraction to the twisted scenarios Halloween happenings may bring! I am inspired every October by the masterminds of freight that dedicate their time to making our hearts race and our minds play tricks, if only for one month a year. Photo info: Nikon, f/1.8 @ 1/60, ISO 2500, no flash. I shot this at a haunting in upstate New York. Software: The levels and hue/saturation were adjusted in Photoshop. The time in Photoshop was under two minutes to make adjustments.
