Once the reanimating nebular waves had washed over the planet, there was no end in sight to the zombification. Thus began the mass exodus to find a new world to live in, where our children will not be at the mercy of the flesh-eating hordes. Despite this valiant effort to renew human society, no one was able to predict that the fleet of starships would find themselves bombarded by the same cosmic rays that created this deathly situation. No one even knew it had occurred until a crew member died onboard one of the ships, only to rise up after being pronounced dead. The zombification begins with a corpse, but the disease is spread through physical contact—biting, clawing, etc… The flesh molts off the bones, and the ravenous creatures venture out to pursue their carnivorous meal. You are the last living human remaining on your vessel. You have blasted your way through the waves of undead across the entire ship. Now, you stand in the main hangar, twelve more zombies in front of you. Beyond the fiends are three chances at salvation—three shining opportunities to die some way other than being eaten. The shuttle is closest, but it looks a bit slow. Next is the recon pod—it’s fast, but difficult to enter the cockpit. Past that, the starfighter is your ticket to safety. It’s fast, easy to enter, and closest to the hangar exit. But the real question is this: Do you have enough bullets left?â€
