This little town on the border of Hob and Moksun was built on the site of the Battle of Borax, when the Dwarf Dilber used his cunning and skill to defeat the giant Borax, stopping him from destroying the small settlement of Elves there. Sure Dilbert hated the Elves, but he hated giants even more. At the centre of town stands a large and elaborate statue honouring Dilber, but for those who know of such things it secretly marks the spot that leads to the underground Dwarf stronghold full of riches enough to buy all the kingdoms of Cathall.
