Path to the center of Arden Arden is an Island continent covered by thick very green tropical jungles and is very sparsely populated. It is the native home to none of the Races that inhabit Mernac, and only a few immigrants, adventurers and explorers are brave enough to call this their home. It however, has a tremendous diversity of creatures (and beasts) that are “almost” human, as Arden was where many of the gods tried to create a blend of man that was strong enough to survive the complicated world of Mernac. In the jungles and multitude of rivers and streams that crisscross Arden, it is not unusual for find many half-human half animals, the most common being human/horse, human/ram, human/spider. While few of these creatures are thinking beings it is always possible that one will be born with this capability.
