It was an amazing experience to fly with my family on Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal. Friendly staff made sure the check-in process was hassle-free and quick. Traveling was made easier by Southwest's two free checked bag policy, which we adored. We had some time to unwind before boarding, and security went smoothly. We were able to sit together thanks to the open seating policy, and the flight attendants were friendly and upbeat. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the flight was pleasant, comfortable, and on time. Because baggage claim was expedited, the trip was stress-free. I'm eager to fly once more!
