Description
Deigo's Plunder
Diego De Vargas has plundered yet another of the King's coastal villages. With the village under his control, his women and men have been ordered to raid the Governor's estate and take all of the plunder they find to the village square. As the villagers watch from behind their closed windows, the pirate divides the plunder into the two equal piles. He, and his crew, will take half of it. The other half is left for the villagers. On this night De Vargas has declared La fiesta de De Vargas. There will be merriment in the village tonight. But it will also give the villagers time to hide or to bury their share of the Governor's loot. Come the first morning light, the pirate De Vargas will sail.

Your new graphic has become really very beautiful! 😘 I want to tell you by this way, that I struggle with pain every day and still try to write comments as best I can. Unfortunately, many here (except for a few who read my fine prints) forget the suffering of others because probably everyone has his own package of worries to lug around in the Pandemic - Stay alert and healthy! You've created such a beautiful scene here, I like the historical context and atmosphere of it. I have been away from Renderosity for a couple of weeks, and yet, it's still time for me to wish a Happy New Year and all the best for everything you may wish to yourself ! Best 2021 wishes to you, Eduardo !

A really very splendid scene I quite like the atmosphere on this one. He's sure got a great deal of plunder there in that chest
Factoid #412: Contrary to popular belief, gold coins were not used in regular monetary transactions. They were the equivalent of $1000 buills and used for large scale trade transactions.
A very immersive and atmospheric scene! Fantastic job at making this awesome looking render! Excellent and well done! :-)
