The Arkham governor never managed to figure out how they incapacitated both guards whilst still in their straight jackets, but he had to agree with Batman that rooming Joker and Harley together had been bad idea.

Well they look like they belong together. It made me ticked off to hear Joker has a new girlfriend with the name Punchline. Should have kept Harley in that roll.
