This render is somewhat different to my usual, I wanted a reclining nude figure on a bed with subdued, atmospheric lighting and the blinds effect was perfect. I worked over two nights perfecting her pose on the bed, getting her elbow right and not poking through the bedclothes, making her hair hang in the right position. Then for proprietary’s sake, using a png of a cloth shape which I warped to fit her body and lessened the opaqueness to not quite see through. The background is just a grey with the addition of a swirl brush in Photoshop. The curtain is also a brush. I added a sunset filter in Topaz Adjust 5 to warm up the scene and add life to the curtain, which I also warped a little for shape. The butterflies have been added purely for Facebook.
