_______This is an overall view of the Swiss alpine pastureland of Engstligenalp, two photos of which I posted previously. As I mentioned before, the access to the place is by a two-hour-and-a-half narrow and steep trail or using a little cable-car that takes you up there in about 10 minutes. Soon, the cows will take this difficult hiking trail to spend the whole summer there, and the few farmers seeing to them will celebrate the event with traditional Swiss wines and delicatessen, dancing and playing music. If you like the feeling of living on a deserted car-free bike-free quad-free Treasure Island, Engstligenalp is definitely the place to be, for me, but don't let on about it !

Ah ! Mon ami ! Tu es de retour et avec une superbe photo qui me parle de vacances. Tu ne sais pas le bien fou que tu me fais avec cette image ! Je suis actuellement surmenée par le travail à l'école, le moral miné car je viens d'apprendre que mes conditions de travail ne s'amélioreront pas l'an prochain (bien au contraire !) et je viens de subir une inondation dans ma cave hier soir !
