Wendacora: Okay ladies. This will be a one-way conversation. I am the only one doing the talking. [Glares at Tempestt] What I just said, Tempestt.
I heard from Kasha this morning. I could tell she wasn't feeling well, even though she tried to convince me it was just stress. She's not yet able to get tested for Covid-19, but I made it PERFECTLY CLEAR to her that if she didn't feel any better in the next 24 hours, she needed to excuse herself from her responsibilities and VOLUNTARILY go into QUARANTINE. I can't afford to lose her, and I already got ONE stubborn fool to deal with!
You KNOW where I'm going with this, because that video is already spreading on the news and on the Internet. I do NOT appreciate getting calls not only from Captain Escobar, but also from CITY OFFICIALS about the piss-poor behavior of any member of my team! I was SO sure the Mayor HERSELF was going to personally call me about that "cookout," but I guess she was too busy berating the rest of public for not doing their part to help contain this virus!
This is not a game, ladies. This sure as HELL ain't a VACAY of ANY sort! Since this pandemic was declared a MONTH ago people have been getting sick and MANY of them are DYING! Social distancing is what it means: keeping your distance from people, even your own friends! And that means, no hanging out, no gatherings, and absolutely NO GODDAMN COOKOUTS!
We are supposed to be members of the military, as well as affiliates of T.N.A. We're supposed to act BETTER than this, especially in light of this global crisis!
Your actions affect other people as well as yourselves. I should NOT have to tell you that by now. The health experts and some REASONABLE leaders have stressed it many, many times over! Obey the mandate! Keep your distance! STAY HOME! SAVE LIVES!
And if nothing, NOTHING else gets through to your thick skulls: Kasha is out there at Midtown General, putting her health at risk to help people get over this disease. Her battle is very steep and uphill. Souls she cared for have already been lost to this damn virus! We need to at least, AT THE VERY LEAST, be CONSIDERATE for HER!
[Sighs] Because of the recklessness of ONE of us, ALL of us will suffer. NO ONE is to leave their homes, AT ALL, for the next 14 days: unless, UNLESS we are called into action by city officials, Escobar, Melanie, or Director Upp himself! If there's a personal emergency, I want to be notified first!
I don't want to have this conversation EVER again as long as this health emergency continues. If any more violations occur, there WILL be personnel changes on this team. DISMISSED!

Indeed, we all need to heed the instructions we've been given, and take it seriously. And STOP hoarding s##t! There is absolutely ZERO reason or excuse for rolling out of Sam's Club or Target with 3 cartloads of toilet paper or pancake syrup.
Anyway, great job on this scene, and a powerful reminder of what we all need to do to help end this mess. Way to go, Wes!

They are FINALLY opening up testing here to the general population, so we'll start seeing just how far into the population this horror has spread. It won't be pretty. I already have to go on a disinfecting spree every time a certain guest shows up and touches everything. Grrrrr.
Distance here is officially measured as one hockey stick. Seriously.
Seems far better coordinated than in the US. More testing, but I've yet to find out if I personally can get tested outside of being hospitalized. (Not that it would mean much, if everything/everyone else is still in a state of uncertainty.)
