More or less a remake of my previous picture, Photorealism 7. I got some good input from Ruhney71 over at Raunchyminds and had to try them out. And yes, they do make a difference :o)

You mean raunchy minds make a difference? just kidding, great pic, probably better even than the last one.
An addendum--I think the jowls don't look quite right. Or the lips? I'm not sure. It's very elusive, but I think something about that area of the face is just the slightest bit ...off? I'm trying to help. I hope this does. Good luck!

Well I like that little shadow from her shirt to his skin. Make the bottom half of the image a photo. Not so convinced on his eyes though (I think they were better in your previous image). The eyewhite goes from white to dark too quickly - maybe there is an edge_blend node in the diffuse channel of the EyeWhite material? Eyewhites should have a lot of sss, so be an even color. Lots of ambient helps.
