You are now much closer to it; I like this one.
That's pretty cool. Maybe you could work on the transitions between the different surfaces. They are a bit sharp between the house and the grass, or between the roof and the light-tower, for example. Working on the textures can help that, or post work. Your sand is really good. I could almost smell the gasoil.
You might work on creating some blemishs too. The roof, walls, and lighthouse itself are far too "perfect" for this harsh environment. Sure is looking good though.
