Description
yesterday I've published an image called "Warped" and some of the comments are also asking for "how to make such an image". Ok, here some hints (very briefly):
the terrain was originally base on a dunes landscape. the terrain I have added to 90

Cool landforms! Thanks for sharing your tips!
I asked. Thanks very much. Great work!!!
cool terrain!
Now it looks like some kind of mutated fungus - unique concept! I never thought anything you ever did was "simple", and this proves it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Joerg!
whilst the results may not be possible for me to create (using a Mac) but that doesnt stop me admiring this beautiful and intriguing terrain...reminds me of a wasps nest...or fungoid as Rich says!!!excellent work...and very kind of you to share your tips!!:)
Excellent !! L'abstraction avec Terragen a encore de beaux jours devant elle. Vive l'imagination et la crtivit! Terragen ignore seulement la vation - il sait tout faire part cela ! Bravo. Levaleton
Yeah, simple. Maybe as simple as Higher Mathematics - you know all the elements used in the workflow, but never got the idea how to make a whole of them. ;) Well done!
always inventive
Excellent again.
Very cool POV, awesome terrain and texture, and the lighting is superb. Thanks for the mimi-tut!
Thanks a lot for all the explanations, it helps a lot!
Superbe manipulation!
very different...very cool!
