Description
Ok so this is my first attempt at painting hair that actually came out *looking* like hair! Figure is rendered in Poser 5, clothing, hair, jewelry, blood, everything else is Photoshop 7 postwork. Texture is AspenV3 from Daz. I had a blast creating this.
(note: comments are appreciated, but please, no criticism on my use of watermarks? Thanks! :) )
Thank you so much Eowyn for your fantastic brushes, and Sirocco for his great tutorial!
EDIT: Detail of hair and jewelry can be seen here: http://www.deviantart.com/view/19063863/

Fantastic render and Exceptional postwork, very well done. Look forward to seeing more of your work. (sorry for this comment, but it's a shame you had to resort to the watermark, it so takes away from the pic, but you gotta do what you gotta do.)
Thanks Digital Baptism. I've already had an image stolen once, and I'd hate to have to pull everything down altogether :(
Very sexy!!! Should call it Blook n'Black Velvet, but is that too 60's? LOL

Excellent work :) I'm so happy you've found my brushes to be useful for you :D
What a wonderful and artistic concept - it looks wonderful like the hair blends into the backgound and how you built the dress from it. And this slight glimmer from the blood, nails and jewels give the whole thing the "final finish".
Awsome Pic,awsome band too. You should check em out,I think you'd like em.
