Like a painting from the 17th century Flemish school. Excellent and I am glad you posted this one.
Yes, Margana, you are right. The buildings are leaning towards the water. They were built in the 17th Century and I think their fundaments are not as they once were.. so they lean over just as the Pisa Tower in Italy.
