~*~ View from the Train ~*~
This was another of those quick sketches with my roller ball pen. The scene was outside the window and we were at a 'stop' so it was easier for me to do. This is of North Carolina. :)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Postwork, some airbrushing of the sky, then made a selection of it, added 'clouds' from Xenofex. Did some gamma adjust and a few other touches using different filters and some smudging in PSP 9.
Tons of thanks to one and all who viewed my nightbloom. Your words are always an encouragement.
be well and be safe,
as always
This is interesting... Nice speed drawing work (it is not easy to do). I would need to learn speed erasing in order for any of my speed drawing to look any good :o)
Nicely done Pat. Not easy to do a scene traveling at 100pmh. You did it very well and I like the airbrushed clouds it makes it a beautiful pen and ink drawing. Hugs..
Beautiful scene here Pat! I love your landscapes! Excellent!
Pat, this is amazing! Great artwork!
I am not amazed in the bit that you could draw moving 100 MPH I bet you could do it standing on your head your GREAT!!It's wonderful
IMHO a beauty. I like the simplicity.
looks like lovely country, have a friend who lives in the Carolinas i think I'm envious :P wonderful job on your penmanship !
ooooh very nice! I like the variation of softness and the busy texture of your trees and the light pastel color of the sky against the b/w landscape works very well together! Excellent finishing touches!! Beautiful as always. :-)
