Well after a bit more work I just about done with this pic... created in bryce 5, poser 4 and wings3d...

Your ship to people scale is off unless that ship is a UAV. Also, you should probably have a reflection on the landing pad or dust/debris kicking up as well. Nice start!
well i think is great!, looks like a B-wing fighter? (i would just add more lights on the domes)
OK. The idea is stunning, dont stop. I saw your earlier work on this, and this is just getting better and better, believe me. The landing platform, those blueish lights from the tower on the lower right, add those to the SIDES of the platform. Probably U made the platfom in Wings, give the sides (in between the blueish lights) a little design, like a few cut outs and what not. Add some heavy bump to the water, and right before the platform (behind the ship), give it some VERY HEAVY RIPPLES, also add some brownish fog below the ship, just a touch. I really like your idea, its coming along. I like the building designs and the textures on em, very creative. THis is a very kewl idea. Keep em coming dark, keep em coming.
Your ship isnt in scale to the people or is it a race of midgets?.......your getting there, keep going.
