Description
Well, as I said earlier, I thought that I had finished the Discovery1 but I guess I have not.
I've reworked the Command Module,(which was out of round) tweaked and cleaned up the back section of the Command Module and reworked some of the parts on the AE-35 unit.
I would also like to thank everyone for all the kind words you've said about my pictures.I hope to have my own web site up soon so I can show all the detail of the Discovery from stem to stern.

o.k its a cool pic, but its way too big, anyone with a slow modem would wait for eleventeen hours to see this. Try a smaller format
Hmm, my 56K lame ass connection didn't have any loading problems...anyway, this is a fabulous rendition of the ship. I look forward to seeing the interior and, of course, Hal.
cool ship, and great movie :)
Big image yes, but I think it is the only way to see the detail.
I'll put my lame ISP up against your lame modem any time, but this still only took three or four minutes to download, and it was worth every one. Great render!
People get named the "Master" of this or that on this site all the time. I cast my nomination to you for Master of detail. This ship is incredible. How long did it take you?
This took about 3 months to create, the file alone is over 300 megs and even on a P-III 1 GHz and 768 megs of ram 64 meg video card it's a "pig" to manipulate in Bryce. The sad thing about it is everytime I think I've finished it I find something ele's that I'm not happy with. go figure ;-) David
its awsome
