Description
This is a backdrop design for a Guru memorial in Houston.It will be painted on muslin and will be 20'x35'.It was done in Aura which comes with the Video Toaster.
It is based on a famous scupture in S.India called the descent of the Ganges.
It starts in Tibet (Mt.Kailash) goes to the Himalain
Mountains,the central Ganges plain,and trees from Bangalore and Kerala.

This is wonderful!
Excellent work. I'm quite impressed. I like the way the mountains in the distance frames Mt.Kailash and then the two trees in the foreground echo that framing. The line gently guides the eye along the river. Also there is both the feel of great distance and yet the clarity of being close to everything - a nice counterpoint.
this is a most impressive work. one of the best i've seen like this. this goes to my favorites list.
