Description
The green windmill is called 'De Huisman' and it is part of the Zaanse Schans nearby the city of Amsterdam (I already posted an image of the Zaanse Schans). 'De Huisman' is a mustard producing windmill. I have already tasted the mustard made by this windmill and I must say it tastes better than any other mustard I ever tasted.

Beautiful ! Perfect ... in every way !
I'm not much of a connoisseur when it comes to mustard (I can't stand the stuff) - but still, I feel I'm on pretty solid ground when I claim that your picture most certainly cuts the mustard...:)
