Description
Certain things trigger bad dreams. Fear fuels those dreams, and gives them life.
Today is not an anniversary, nor is it any special day. Almost 7 years of "It's ok. I know she'll never be back." were close to evaporation this morning when I finally got out of bed. It's funny how the human mind works. Ths tiniest thing can trigger the equivalent of an emotional tsunami. The soul's "butterfly effect", as it were.
Anyway, this is my response to myself.
