You can put texs on either the 'base'; or, the 'advanced distribution'. Put the tex on the 'base' only and try a 60x80 tiling. Try both increasing and decreasing those numbers for the best effect; also, play with the 'scale+depth' numbers and fractal settings for the best looking tex. Your picture is very good ...love the post work!
Ahhhh thanks for the tips!!
What a wonderful fairytale picture...I love the lighting. Great idea with the goose view from the top. Sheiks shack stay where you are, I am coming over.
Super scene, water, surface and sky, perfect colors, light and mood!

Very nice render and even nicer postwork. Cool idea! :-)
Nicely done.
Well now with or without tex lines. This is wonderful work love the water.
esp. nice water and postwork....and of course Mr. GT. Tex lines don't appear that visible to me...
awesome composition!!!!!!!!!!!
Lots of work in this one, I think. Since I am only qualified (and only barely) to comment on Terragen parts, I have to say that this is terrific! Love the water and sky and beach also.
well done on the post work! maybe the far palace should be a bit more like the color of the mountain under it. The front palace looks perfect. Awesome trees and geese and are those goats? :) As for TG, very nice surface, cool terrain and POV. The water is great too.
I just wonder where Canadian Geese came from--I mean, duh, Canada, but what are they doing in the Middle East? :D Looks like grapes to me; don't tell!
