~*~ Mom ~*~
What better tribute could I do for a most wonderful lady who not only gave me life, but has inspired my drawing, given me hope, encouraged, cheered and been there for me for 50 years.....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This one is an old photo of my mom (1937) which she sent to me a year ago, to keep. If you would like to see the unpainted version it's at : http://4dw.net/cheercoach/H/ex1_scan.jpg
I scanned the image, and began to airbrush away. There was so much to remove, so airbrushing was the best way to do so. I attempted to keep it true to the original, and I think I came close. :)
And yes she's gotten it (hopefully as she lives in Scotland) for her Mothers day present.
Be well one and all, hug your mom tight tomorrow and have a wonderful day to all the moms out there!!!!! And the moms to be too!!!!!
as always
Pat
