Description
Last Sunday when we met the snake (that I posted here), the moon was faintly in the sky; and for the fun of it, I snapped its picture -- at full 300mm zoom. I couldn't believe how clear it turned out; that I could see even the craters!! I had to do something with it. So, with a little more contrast and a few other tweaks using Photoshop7, I came up with this ...
Too boring to upload?
Maybe, but here it is anyway .. I think it's pretty darn cool :) !!!
Hope ya'll have a wonderful Saturday !!
Happy Snappin'

Not boring at all. Never get tired of good shots of the moon.
I tried this some time ago, and was to amazed by how much you actully can see. Did you use a tripod?
I can never get a good picture of the moon. This is fantastic.
Wooow .. I dream of one day to be able to take such a photograph. THis is truely amazing. Super work!!!
No, no not at all boring. There is some digital noise visible but the picture has not been harmed by that at all. It is impressive, mostly because of it's details.
