Description

Apophysis 2.02g(reen) "Green Slime" An old favourite monster of mine from my Dungeon and Dragon dayz.... Green slimes stick to almost any living thing and grow by converting whatever they're attached to into more slime. (You've all seen The Blob, right?) An unfortunate adventurer can be converted entirely into more slime in fairly short order; the usual time given is between a few minutes and an hour. The process of breaking Our Hero down into slurry is generally irreversible and unstoppable, short of a wish, divine intervention, or amuptation of the affected limb. Most slimes are extremely vulnerable to fire. Thank u all for your wonderfull insight into "Neutron Bomb" that i posted 2 dayz ago If u like what u see please let me know....Peace Andrew

Aieeee!! RUN! :D Never have I gazed in the...err, "eyes" of a slime blob before...the terror, the terror! Great image Andrew, this is definitely from the 1950s Hollywood B-movies! I think this is the mother of them all, creeping irresistibly through the screen, suffocating us all...gasp.. V

Great flame. One might escape through the holes though (if we were lucky and not covered all over).

Great work! Funny how those D&D Days don't ever seem to leave you, how 'bout it? Those were simpler days - with monsters that were much more clear cut. Great illustration - the "lighting" even seems like it's something out of a dank old dungeon. Nice job!!

Very creative and extremely well done, Andrew - right at the top of the Monday breakfast menu, along with green eggs and ham!

Great image. It really has that slimey gel-like effect to it. I like how it's kind of transparent like gel. I'm also drawn to the sharpness of the openings, they make me want to lean over and get a closer look. All part of the slime-monster effect I'm sure. :)

I saw this in a pond last week, and trod some into the house. Can't get rid of the stuff. It seems to like the refrigerator more than anywhere else. Do you have the antidote? Aaaaaaargh....

Not sure what I like better Andrew, your slime flame or the description. Always something new to learn at your space!
