Description
This guy was made in one day using old rhino 1.0 It is COMPLETELY modeled and rendered in the old version (i.e., no raytracing and lots of limits - great for a challenge.) I was kinda tired of seeing "Rhino" images that were morphs on poser models or rendered in a different program like 3DSMAX, so most of my models are completely rhino.
The image lacks in some of the joints, but is pretty finished. I've actually never had any training in 3D/CAD modeling, nor rendering ... so tell me what you think.

i think you've quite an amazing talent!! and you should pursue this further. i'de like to see this model rigged for motion with a nice texture on it and for sale!!

I'm strictly Rhino too. Though I do render in a Plug-in for Rhino called, Flamingo. Great work.

How could this ever be made in one day? I am amazed. Even one week would be fast. Is it completely modeled from scratch, or do you use clay models and scanning or some other techniques? Rhino 1.0? Unbelievable.

Well, maybe a day and a half, but it's a pretty simple modeling program. All of the models I do are from scratch - it opens an incredible spectrum for creativity!
Couldn't imagine Rhino is capable of such a stunning works! Oups, I'm mistaken, not Rhino, simply You've got a talent!
