Excellent Atmo/Mood! Super Water Surface and Color! If you are using overlays try alittle more Fractal Noise and/or larger Higher Res Bitmaps. I found that small bitmaps stretched to far will blur badly. If you are indeed using overlays here. Maybe just a sharpening thing like Steve Said.
