Image was rendered in P6 with IBL and AO.

great render. you might add some shadow beneath the feet to give yur figure some weight and ground her to the floor.
Great POV and lighting. Very good character and pose. The textures on the MCV look wonderful.
Excellent render! Love the POV and ground reflection. I don't see a problem with her feet. To me she looks well grounded, due to the AO and reflection.
