kewl shot..S
Great contrast between the textures of the stone and the softness of the water, excellent!
does look like a wooden shoe! :] saw that without the title... well taken too...
So great find and ferlectly captured!!! Beautiful stone and colours too!!! Excellent dear!!! :)
I see you get inspired for more plain photography too; you do well, girl! Just do what brings fun!
It looks like a wading rhinoceros! I think perhaps if you zoomed in more or brought more water into the picture it might help. It's a nice plain picture, but it needs to be framed by its environment somehow...
Silly me, I was looking for a drain nearby. Then, Oh yea, it does. Like a dutch wooden shoe made for those muddy dutch countrysides with windmills. That's an interesting find. ')
what imagination yes perfect little dutch clogg.. beautiful p'graphy:).. dublime..dublime l meant sublime.. :)..tis late
I think the 'clog' is a little large in the frame, and maybe the stone top left should have been postworked out. But good mottled water, its an interesting stone with good worn appearance and colour. When I see objects like this I wonder about their history, how did it get there, how long has it been there, what caused the wear and tear, etc, etc. Oh, and where in the world did you take the picture. It's a thought provoking image which shows imagination in taking the shot in the first place. Good work.
it does look like a clog! excellent pov and lighting! i like how dull the water is here, it doesn't out shine the rock!!! nicely done!!!
Yep...stop smoking the Marijuana...then You might get Your Foot in the Door....muuuuuuuuah!
Great Shot And Background!!
Wonderful and beautiful composition and great observation; might look excellent in black and white too :-) Very well done indeed!
I am sure comes from HOLLAND.... hehe
Yes, fom Holland, there they have clogs like this one. Love the sharpness and textures of the stone in contrast to the diffuse water. Wonderful shot Pascale!
Weird.. with its forensic human element... fossilised foot!
Thats a stone?! I could have sworn it was some weird looking potatoe... It is such a perfect shot when it comes to clarity and such....(my poor english skills makes it hard to find the right terms)....but i would be lying if i said it was beautiful, LOL. But dont sweat it...i have yet to find a gorgeous stone....or a potatoe for that matter. You are an exceptional photographer and you keep proving that with every single upload!!! You just have a marvelous sunday ya hear!!!!!! Hugs Andreas #:o)
I'd have taken it home.Great bit of water reflection happening here. Cool looking stone...Never know...could be a prehistoric clog....LOL
