Cool icy colors with a hint of the new green so reminescent of a spring leaf. Very nice compostion Rik! I can imagine your tired of the snow by now, here is some good news! The Geese have begun their pilgrimage up north. The evening sky was covered with them heading east last night. (=
Icy Cool - the peeping green is lovely - a real promise of the forthcoming Spring :O)
i thought it was coming, could see the bulbs above the ground, but since this week i dont know anymore. it,s the snowiest winter in 25 years or so.not a single green to be seen. your beautiful image give me hope.
yes, this is what I see - the snow is starting to melt, but below it is a landscape of ice with its own peaks and ridges, dirty with soot and car splashes - and yet there are old leaves from last year emerging and reminding me that spring will also bring new colours
Very nice..I can't wait to see this one melt...
Having a snow shower as I write this! nice greens!
Great title...fits the image so perfectly!! This is beautiful...I love the soft greens peering through the snow - which we still have here in Alaska! lol Wonderful, delicate fractal shapes so reminescent of the frosty ground in spring...Excellent!
Excellent abstract! You really can see the life coming back after the brutal winter has decided to leave. Very wonderful capture!
Beautiful evocative image, Rik. Spring is well underway here, but then we never really had a Winter this year.
Neat fractal "snowflakes" and I like the black lines against this nice wintergreen shaded backdrop. Well done!
Thank you for the cheering thought about Spring, Rik! :)
Absolutely stunning work. Really lovely.
