Reflections in my cup point to the sky. So...I must look up....stay positive...Coffee sucks, but it is better than nothing. Beats Coke..that is evil stuff. I guess I am going through cigarette withdrawal right now. NOthing like a nice smoke first thing in the morning w/a nice hot cup of joe....It has been a bit over one month since I've been smoke free. I am still using the nicorette gum, but I could do w/o, because I am cool. It is all in the mind..mostly...at least I think so. I had to state my state of non-smoking....I couldn't help it. I may start again though. so I am a fool for even saying this, and a fool if I start again. But if I do, then so be it....then I smoke. It would kind of suck though. Anyways, I am currently like totally craving a smoke right now. The funny thing is...after all this time of being a non-smoker...I would get all dizzy and sick feeling if I smoked one...but I still have that urge. These times do pass though...as all things pass....as all is in a constant flux. It is sometimes a matter of sucking up the nut sack and dealing with it. I do feel a bit healthier though...at least I think I do. I think my complexion may be a bit more healthy looking, but my blood pressure has risen last I had it checked. So I've started a bit of cardiovascualr exercise...maybe it'll help. I shouldn't worry...I can't make any promises at this time though...I can be weak in such matters of pleasurable indulgences..and may go smoke any time here. Or maybe not. So...sorry to be whining about my personal struggles....You see...I have been smoking over 16 yrs...over half my life...it is all in my head though, mostly, and it is all in my mind too...they say "it is hard to quit"...this is the first mistake to believe. It is not hard....it is easy. That's just a marketing ploy. So I am trying to keep busy, but typically I'm pretty lazy. I got me a new toy...a new digi...it actually has the ability to focus...like on this coffee pic here. I have no idea really how it works, but it seems cool, and I might figure it out in due time. I feel I must have some sort of mind-altering or mood-enhancing chemical...it is my destiny...my genes demand it...or maybe it is just warped programing...if so..then I must reprogram...blah blah..anyways...I was programmed this way...but programs can be re-programmed. This is a hypothoses I have discovered, and others have discovered it before I was born. So....hope you enjoy my photo, and enjoy your beverage of choice...like fresh coffee. If you feel like it, spike it. Some can, others can't . I am one of the can't I think...damn! Anyways...If I can stop smoking...so can you.
