Description
Guardian
Watchful, alert she eyes the distance for those that seek the entrance to the other plane. Guarding it as is her want, never ceasing in her vigilance.

This is actually two images. The Elven archer was done a long time ago, as a sketch which I attempted to colorize using a great tutorial for PSP. She was done as a 'character' image for a sword fighting, expert archer, sometimes singer and lover of drakes that I played a long time ago.. *smiles* at those memories. Anywho I had the background sitting lonely and needing I didn't know what till the light bulb went off last night and voila.
The back ground was done in pastels (not a medium I'm comfortable with even now) and all post work on the two combined images done in PSP.Lots of smudging, a tiny bit of airbrushing and some imagination went into this...
enjoy...
Thanking one and all for their continuous support, may your days be filled with love, light and laughter...
