Death rides a pale horse. Here he trying to caught his horse and I hope he will not; but he will and when he does hell will follow him.
Yes he wearing sunglasses [thanks to some one who made them it in free] and the ford death do have for now but when he rides he will have his sword[thanks for someone who made the fork] If you know who the persons is please put in comment. I download a lot of free things last night and got them all mix up and they did not put a readme file in with the free.

It's the skeleton of Neptune with his trident who's catching the pale horse. Death has spun the tumblers on a time lock. The time capsule is now filled and ready to be sealed. The whole unravelling is as simple as bending double a piece of ordinary 3/4 inch galvanized water pipe with your bare hands and then bending a 1/2 inch solid rebar to match the same loop.
