This old switching tower is about 5 minutes away from all the preceding (following) train activity. It's a typical landscape for a small industrial park: derelict buildings, lots of overhead wires, litter, graffiti, etc. Not sure who owns the large smokestack, but that business seems to be thriving even if the railroad no longer requires the use of this tower. Thanks for all the comments on the train photos. UI had an uncle who worked for the Reading Railroad as an engineer, and it seems that just about everywhere I go... trains are there. You can't miss the big, honking buggers! (These tracks are about 1000' from our house and the train traffic makes less noise than that #@!$ stupid hound dog we had to deal with in Hellotes.
