Day Of The Robots ================== - Image orignally created: 17-June-2004 - Reworked into a movie poster: 5-January-2005 Created with: * POSER 4.03 (and sketch rendered too) * Photoshop (postwork) About: ------ I originally created the main scene in the middle of last year and posted it up into the poser newsgroup but today I happened to see in a DAZ forum (and a newsletter) that someone was proposing a B-grade movie poster challenge so I decided to play with my old plain image in Photoshop and see what I could come up. I don't think I'll post this up for the challenge but it was fun to do anyway and waste some time with. ;-) This thing went through a lot of revisions. At one point it was literally covered with all sorts of b-grade type text but in the end I thought it spoilt the overall image so I turned off those layers and now it's as I want it. The final image has a heavy dose of film grain over the lot of it and when I saved it off a .JPG I really crushed this sucker down, hence the roughness of it all but I like it that way because it gives it more character than the clean version....and it makes it easier to see my desktop icons too when I use this pic as wallpaper. Overall this is nothing special and is a harmless bit of fluff but I like it. ;-P Z. =========================== Item used: ---------- * NTU Battledroid by Holger Hinzberg (Holli) available at: www.renderosity.com http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=20579 ===========================
