Thank you so much for viewing and all of your comments.

"The term 'psychedelic' (mind-manifesting) was invented because detailed research had shown that these drugs act as amplifiers, or catalysts, of inherent mental processes. It would seem therefore that the fractal patterns that are such a striking characteristic of the LSD experience must, somehow, be embedded in the human brain."
Fritjof Capra, from "The web of life"

Or the human brain is embedded in a fractal universe?
A beautiful render!
excellent shapes dirk superb background and wonderful use of color and lighting (v)
But i prefer the works of Ulrich1996 than Capra's 'divulgations'. Thanks for the image.
maybe one's brain IS a fractal universe! I like this - from Xenodream? how do you like the program?
Fantastic mind expanding work Dirk!...I will say from lucid dreaming experiences in the last few years since working with fractals that I can spontaneously visualize them...and my brain is a heck of a lot faster than my computer! Funny, I've been thinking about this for the last few months...I wonder if working with fractals has opened doors to images that were not recognizable before...?...great question!...or would Jung consider the tendency to create them an archetype...like the tendency of visualizing/creating a mandala. Fascinating.!
What library do YOU go to again?!!?!?(poke poke!!) lol q-: I love these shapes, and are those little dollar signs that signify how much our fractal artists spend to buy their software? heh heh heh Love the colors and presentation! V (:
Thought provoking, and a very fasinating piece of fractal work! (=
Wonderful and very impressive creation Dirk!!! Have a excellent sense of depth!!! Dynamic shapes!!! Vote
Sometimes before I go to sleep, I mean JUST before...I see the most beautiful fractals! I have never seen any of them as beautiful as the ones in my pre-sleep stage. Points to Ponder, and an image to contemplate.
Deep. And the picture has some depth too....thinking about it twists my brain just like a spiral, LOL! It is so nice to see your work again!
I relate to alot of this pre-sleep and dream images. Sometiems i wish i could create the colors i see in my dreams in my awake state. And the images i dream of all night. Sometimes I feel as if i havnt slept at all. Great topic Great piece of ARt
An awesome and excellent pice of artwork. The sense of scale and depth is extraordinary. WOW.
Beautiful fractal and an interesting topic. If there are any fractal patterns in my brain they have certainly spiraled out way in the distance!
VERY cool XD abstract, Dirk - welcome back, your art was missed!
I love this, Dirk. It conjures up all sorts of images that I won't go into here. :-)
I guess I agree with Capra, I see fractals everywhere, all day! In my coffee, in landscapes, in the snow that is falling right now... I see fractals in my brain that I'm probably not able to make with any technique.. BUT, you have a very beutiful work here! Wonderful lighting, design and coloring!
Wonderful arial view of the city, with all the little beings far below ... Nice one!
Heel appart van vormen en kleuren!Mooie lichteffecten!Very well done Dirk!
Nice work, Dirk! The theory souunds like that old Jungian-Adlerian song of primal archetypes so popular at the time of Joseph Conrad's writings. Let's not forget the ability of the human mind under chemical destabilization to synthesize completely new seeming imagery from random mixing of bits and pieces of stored previous experiences and images.
splendid image you present here color and the sense of depth are outstanding
oh yes.. fantastic artwork .. love this style .. wonderful done !! vote
Image abstraite tr originale !! je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais je l'a verrais en pochette pour un CD de musique !!
Your XD fractal patterns have such unique, striking characteristics. They conjure up dream-like visions. vote
