Description
Though glorified in books and movies, there is nothing glorious about war. When you are far from home, when your loved ones are pictures kept close to your heart and images kept alive in your head, when each new day may be your last, your mind is filled with thoughts of home.

Perfect look in her eyes, Paul and that texture is wonderful! Well done
Very emotional image Paul, especially the far away look in her eyes! Excellent image!!
splendid work you have made
This should have been dedicated to all our men and women in the forces through Xmas (and always). I'm sure they would recognize that look in her eyes! Perfect Paul!
Excellent portrait Paul! Her expression says it all. Beautifully done.
What a touching portrait...A good reminder to remember our troops.
