Description
Time stands still for the lonely cottage at the end of the lane. The cottage still stands, but the flora surrounding her continue into the light.
Watercolor done on cold press.
Some postwork in PSP, a bit of smudging here and there.
Enjoy....
(this is the cottage I would adore having one day...)

Very beautiful image, awesome painting!!! Excellent work!!!
Absolutely beautiful painting ! .. Wonderful flowery .. great to know that season will be back again now we only see snow. Would like to be there ... it looks really peaceful ! Marvellous Job !
Looks so nice and inviting, beautiful colors :)
Teach me! Teach me! WOW This is just incredible WOW! You are SO talented my friend, this is fantastic! I would like that cabin too, very nice! The flowers are amazing and so colorful, I just love them! I would love to see the original of this. I bet it is gorgeous. Excellent +++ Vote!
Actually the original is a bit less soft. More hard in strokes. I use PSP 9 and there are so many wonderful 'brushes' in it to use. This I used the chalk brush and the camel hair brush to smudge out the sky and the walk. The House as well. I left the flowers alone. Then I uploaded. :) I love the new psp as there is much more to learn in it, but the effects to enhance older works just blow me away.
OMG!! Wonderful flowers!!! This is so beautiful hon! I, too, would love to see the original without the smudging done...I like to see each little stroke ..hehehe This is very dreamy and pretty as it is with the postwork though. The colors!! Amazing! I can see the time and love that went into this. VOTE :-)
I would adore living here, too! So beautiful and with such ambiance. Perfect!
