Water surface created with ChaosPro & rendered in POV-RAY, the fish are from Raimuraito, plants and corals are from Apophysis and FractalVizion, the rocks are from Chaoscope. All put together in PSP.

Outstanding underwater scene, William! I like the fishies and plants and also the creative, tall aspect ratio on this image - gives a cool sense of depth (the water kind, not the 3d kind - lol). Nice'un!
