Description
Narcissus tazetta, commonly called paperwhite, is a tender species exclusively bred for indoor forcing (growing). Easy to pot up and nearly 100 percent successful, paperwhites are also fragrant, filling the air with the scent and promise of spring. These paperwhites were planted just a few weeks before this photo was taken. They shot up and bloomed so quickly, just in time for the holidays.
This is my gift to all my friends here on Renderosity...thank you for being so supportive. I wish you and your families a wonderful holiday season happy, healthy, safe and prosperous new year.
"When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze...
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance."
-Williams Wordsworth
