I like it. The background is looking good as well as M3. The only thing which isn't quite good, is the color of the gun and how he holds it, I think the grip isn't tight enough. But other than that it's really cool.
I love the setting and I think the grip is tight enough just rotate the gun a tad :) wonderful job!!
The lighting here is really good. All the colors work well together. I agree with Maratos about the color of the gun. Try a black metal or chrome one. The background looks really really good. Great job on the whole scene.
Worth the look for the facial expression, wonderful use of perspective, and that cool futuristic raygun. Master stock to use the color and translucent texture on the raygun, have not seen that before, but it works great! Also entire render works well as a whole, could be part of a graphic novel.
